Job summary
A prominent recruitment agency is seeking an experienced OD Specialist for a 3-6 month contract in the Midlands. In this role, you'll support organisational design strategies, enhance employee engagement, and facilitate change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a background in the wholesale industry or similar. A competitive day rate of £500 to £600 is offered, along with a collaborative company culture.

A successful OD Specialist should have:
- Proven experience in organisational development within the wholesale industry or a similar sector.

- Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to design and deliver effective business transformation programs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- A strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Lean Methodology and Matrix environments.
- Day rate of £500 to £600 or £95,000 - £110,000 on an FTC depending on experience.
- Inside IR35.
- Exposure to a collaborative and supportive company culture in the retail industry.
