Job summary
A global biopharma company in the UK is seeking an EE Operations Lead to enhance operational excellence within the Technical Operations function. The role involves managing demand and resource allocation, facilitating training, and ensuring clear communication. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, understanding of Lean Six Sigma, and experience in program management. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Travel up to 20% may be necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement concepts.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage demand and resource allocation for the EE team.
