Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and booking PPM and reactive works.
• Oversee the Legionella/Water Treatment Engineers and schedule work.
• Conduct staff reviews and provide ongoing training.
• Streamline processes to enhance service department efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes and guidelines.
• Work with other departments to quickly resolve issues.
• Provide resources for emergency works.
• Produce reports including productivity metrics.

Skills

Experience as operations or service delivery manager

Strong knowledge of legionella management

Proven track record in managing large teams

Commercial focus and sales experience
