Job summary

A leading charity organization in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Chief Finance and Operations Officer. This role involves overseeing finance, compliance, and central operations while leading strategic initiatives in alignment with the board's vision. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial leadership within the charity sector and a recognized CCAB qualification, ensuring effective resource management and compliance with charity regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of charity governance and Charity Commission requirements.
• Experience working in the charity sector with understanding of SORP.
• High levels of literacy and digitally savvy.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the CEO and SMT to develop and implement strategy.
• Manage annual and strategic business planning for budgets.
• Oversee the day-to-day financial and operational management of the Charity.
