Job summary
An educational staffing provider in Greater London is looking for a dedicated individual to manage daily cover for staff absences in an academy environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate with supply agencies, maintain absence records, and support meetings with key stakeholders. This role requires flexibility, a commitment to safeguarding children, and relevant qualifications to uphold school policies. Full training and support are provided, with the opportunity for permanent placement in the future.

Responsibilities
- Manage the administration, organisation, and operation of daily cover for staff absences.
- Maintain and manage the Cover Diary and respond to staff absence notifications.
- Coordinate with supply agencies for external staff when needed.
- Assist in producing data for Board of Trustees meetings and support the organization of the Academy Calendar.
