Responsibilities
- Servicing and calibrating fleet equipment, including on-site customer premises.
- Demonstrating the full range of hire products to customers.
- Providing regional support for specialist equipment operated from the HQ store.
- Delivering telephone technical support internally and externally.
- Attending breakdowns, onsite technical support, training, site audits and customer feedback.
- Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment across the hire offering.

- Servicing and calibrating fleet equipment, including on‑site customer premises.
- Demonstrating the full range of hire products to customers.
- Providing regional support for specialist equipment operated from the HQ store in Chesterfield.
- Delivering telephone technical support internally and externally.
- Attending breakdowns, onsite technical support, training, site audits and customer feedback.
- Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment across the hire offering, from small tools to Tracstar machines capable of welding 1200 mm poly pipe.
- A proven mechanical engineering or mechanics background.
- Experience in electronics, hydraulics and component fault finding.
- Level 2 or 3 mechanical or electrical engineering qualification or equivalent.
- Full UK driving licence.
