An educational institution in the UK is seeking a Lecturer in English to prepare and teach courses for GCSE resits. The ideal candidate will hold a degree and possess a teaching qualification or be working towards one. Responsibilities include maintaining learner records and contributing to assessment processes. We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and from current industry practitioners who do not have a teaching qualification. Anyone joining the College will be part of a Lecturer Development Programme offering support and training based on individual need, including inductions, curriculum mentoring and regular 1‑2‑1 support from the Quality team, and a 12‑week Introduction to Teaching programme for those without a teaching qualification.
