Salary: £28,997 - £43,748 per annum • Contract Type: Permanent • Hours: 37 hours • Location: Crewe Campus

Key Person Specification Requirements
  • Degree
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, DTLLS, CertEd) or working towards one
  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Ability to teach another subject would be advantageous
  • Knowledge and understanding of awarding body standards and requirements
  • Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in the learning environment
  • Experience of working in Further Education
  • Up‑to‑date occupational experience
  • Enhanced DBS check

We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and from current industry practitioners who do not have a teaching qualification. Anyone joining the College will be part of a Lecturer Development Programme offering support and training based on individual need, including inductions, curriculum mentoring and regular 1‑2‑1 support from the Quality team, and a 12‑week Introduction to Teaching programme for those without a teaching qualification.
