Pure Staff Ltd is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to join our client in Gloucester. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company that provides comprehensive training and support.
- Maintain all vehicle, workshop, and operational records to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
- Manage all aspects of fleet operations.
- Provide excellent customer service while organizing and delivering vehicle maintenance services for internal and external clients.
- Raise and amend work orders, prepare and input data, and interrogate fleet management systems as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and best practice standards related to fleet operations, vehicle workshops, and maintenance administration.
- Handle work orders, data entry, and system interrogation accurately.
- Process customer payments, prepare invoices, and liaise on account management for fleet services, including cash receipts and debt control.
- Support fleet and general administrative tasks, including computer system use, minute-taking, meeting administration, record keeping, filing, archiving, and mail sorting.
- Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00
- Pay rate: £13.69 per hour
- Immediate start available
- Free on-site parking
- 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
- Weekly pay with online payslips
