A technology company in the UK is looking for a Technical Account Manager focused on the Oil & Gas sector. You will lead the technical deployment of the platform across global locations, guiding clients through complex integrations and ensuring operational excellence. Candidates should have 5+ years in IT/OT architecture and experience with systems like SAP and IBM Maximo. This is a rare opportunity to shape how Poka expands into the Energy sector while becoming the trusted technical advisor for one of our most strategic customers.
As a Technical Account Manager – Oil & Gas, you’ll serve as the senior technical guide across architecture, integrations, security, rollout strategy, and long‑term customer health. You’ll work directly with the customer’s digital transformation, IT/OT, operations excellence, and safety teams, ensuring Poka is successfully deployed across multiple global sites.
This role blends solutions architecture, technical advisory, and customer success leadership. You’ll challenge new requests when needed, translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure the platform delivers measurable impact for frontline teams.
