We are looking for a versatile and confident office administrative assistant to support our Glasgow Office. The successful candidate will have experience with working within a busy, dynamic environment. You must be capable of communicating at all levels, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting our Customer Care Team with administrative requirements, handling calls and logging queries.
  • Providing administrative assistance including data entry, filing within our Operations, Billing, Accounts, and Legal Teams.
  • Handling general office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements & Personal Attributes
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
  • A competent level of computer literacy across multiple platforms and programmes. You must be able to draft clear emails and speak confidently on the phone.
  • A high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to undertake training and grow within the role.
Education & Qualifications
  • Minimum: Nat5 English & Maths or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Administration Qualification or equivalent evidenced experience.
