Administration Manager

The Skinners' Kent Academy is a vibrant and forward-thinking school located in the heart of Kent, dedicated to providing an outstanding education that nurtures every student's potential. We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth running of our office operations.

Position: Administration Manager (Office Manager)
Location: The Skinners' Kent Academy, Kent, UK
Minimum Experience: 2 years

Role Overview

As Administration Manager, you will lead, manage and co‑ordinate the Academy's administration systems, reprographics, reception and general workflows, including supervising the team, facilitating communication throughout the Academy and developing procedures to make the workplace more efficient and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.

You will also maintain the smooth running of the Admissions process within the Academy for Y7 and In‑Year Admissions Y7‑11.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration or office management role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software systems.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team effectively.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem‑solving abilities.
