Primary Teacher - Key Stage 1 (Maternity Cover)

Veritas Education are delighted to be working exclusively with a welcoming primary school in Rossendale, seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to cover a maternity leave position starting in January 2026.

• Teach and inspire pupils across Key Stage 1, delivering engaging and creative lessons.
• Plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that supports children's academic and personal development.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure all pupils thrive.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A passion for inspiring young learners and fostering a love of learning.
• Open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers.

• A supportive and friendly staff team.
• Well-resourced classrooms and engaging learning spaces.
• Excellent leadership support and opportunities for professional development.
