A leading educational organization is seeking a SEN Teacher in Chobham to teach a primary curriculum for pupils aged 14+. This role offers support for special educational needs and could transition to a permanent position for the right candidate. Qualifications
- Qualified or unqualified SEN Teacher.
- Ability to teach primary curriculum to pupils aged 14+.
- Experience with profound learning difficulties and other challenges.
Responsibilities
- Teach primary curriculum to pupils at pre-entry level or entry level 1.
- Support students with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
- Work under accreditation lead for effective teaching.

This SEN Teacher role is available ASAP until the end of the academic year, will go Perm for the right candidate. SEN Teacher will be teaching primary curriculum. The pupils age 14+ working towards accreditations within the class at pre-entry level or entry level 1. This is the equivalent to early primary school level work. SEN Teacher would be supported from our accreditation lead for this role.
This school is an independent special school for 40 pupils between 9 to 18 years of age. Many of our children have profound and multiple learning difficulties. A significant number of the children have additional sensory and physical impairments, autistic spectrum disorder and social and communication difficulties.
