Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Vauxhall

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner who holds a Level 3 qualification (minimum) to work in the baby room at this bright and welcoming nursery.

This is a full‑time role of 36–40 hours per week, either 8 am–6 pm four days a week or 8 hours a day five days a week.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be a key person for a small group of babies, supporting their progress, tracking their development, and building positive relationships with their families.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering creative and engaging activities
  • Keeping records and reports of key children's growth and progress
  • Preparing babies for the transition to the toddler room
  • Ensuring developmental targets are met
  • Helping and encouraging babies to become more independent
  • Promoting positive relationships in early years
  • Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

Qualifications & Experience

It is essential that you have spent at least one year working with babies in a nursery setting.

This is a bilingual nursery (English and French) for dual‑language immersion from an early age. While being able to speak French would be a bonus, it is not required for this role.
