A leading nursery group in the UK is looking for a Nursery Manager at their Bedford Elstow setting. The successful candidate will lead and inspire a dedicated team while delivering high-quality childcare in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). As Nursery Manager at our Bedford Elstow setting, you’ll bring your creativity, energy, and expertise to lead and inspire a dedicated team. You will deliver high‑quality childcare in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), build strong partnerships with families, and create safe, stimulating environments that nurture curiosity and confidence. You’ll also benefit from our Bee Curious curriculum, designed to encourage exploration, discovery, and joyful learning.
- Lead and inspire the team, driving excellence and motivating staff.
- Enhance educational programmes and operational processes.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment, meeting all regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively and oversee financial matters.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
- Foster team growth and professional development, providing exceptional care.
- Level 3 childcare qualification (BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
- Prior experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- A focus on delivering high‑quality childcare and early education.
