A leading home care provider in Winchester seeks caring individuals for the role of Weekend Care Professional. You will provide compassionate support to help older adults live independently in their homes. The role offers flexibility, full training, and competitive pay including £13.25 per hour, increasing on weekends. We’re looking for caring, dedicated individuals to join us as part of our team as a Weekend Care Professional. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide compassionate, personalised support to help older adults live comfortably and independently in their own homes. At Home Instead we do visits no less then an hour so you have the time to provide the care people need and deserve.
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care such as washing and dressing

- Monitor and report on client well-being
- A kind, reliable nature – experience is welcome but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for helping others
- We are unable to offer Sponsorship
- £13.25 per hour, £14 on weekends + enhanced Bank Holiday pay (£26.50/hr)
- Paid travel time + 35p per mile mileage allowance
- Minimum 1-hour visits with 15-minute travel time between calls
- Free DBS check
- Full training provided – no experience needed
