Job description

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our people-first culture supporting key HR initiatives and day-to-day operations.

This role will be based out of our Head Office at Exchange Quay Manchester.

What you’ll be doing
  • Coach managers on effective people management and lead on high risk or complex cases ensuring advice is accurate and in accordance with employment law statutory rules and company policy.
  • Identify and support managers and team leaders needing additional guidance with aspects of people management including delivery of training on HR policies.
  • Monitor people data trends and provide proactive solutions.
  • Support the delivery of HR projects.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role including a strong background in employee relations and ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • A natural communicator who thrives on building relationships and solving problems.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Collaborative team member with a flexible approach readily supporting colleagues and contributing to wider team objectives as needed.
  • A genuine passion for people and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Hybrid working
