• Build groundbreaking AI co-workers that tackle the 10 million healthcare worker shortfall, directly impacting patient care and operational efficiency.
• Work with a high-energy team of experts from Palantir, Apple, Google, and DeepMind, focused on creating technology that moves the needle in hospitals.
• Gain end-to-end ownership, from understanding clinical needs to shipping production-ready features into live NHS environments and iterating rapidly.

• Design and build robust backend systems powering our AI co-worker within complex NHS workflows.
• Integrate advanced AI models into high-stakes healthcare processes like discharge, referrals, and bed management.
• Own the full feature lifecycle, from data pipelines and APIs to monitoring and continuous iteration based on real-world feedback.

• Possesses a strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals and proficiency in modern backend development practices.
• Demonstrates the ability to design, debug, and ship high-quality, production-ready software.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative, in-person environment with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
