Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Provide technical resolution to incidents impacting production.
• Drive production availability with next-gen monitoring.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent remediations.
• Drive automation and continuous service improvement.
