The Opportunity
Our Mental Health team work across a range of services including triage, assessment, crisis intervention, referral, and counselling services for people experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns including extreme emotional distress.
As a Clinical Lead you will provide leadership, coaching and support to a team of approximately 25 Virtual Mental Health Professionals. You will be working closely with the Operations Managers to ensure that rigorous clinical governance is observed in your team and that they have the operational efficiencies and clinical support needed to excel in service delivery.
In this role you will lead a culture of clinical excellence, customer focus, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency through your team with the support of Senior Leadership.
While the focus of this role is clinical and operational management and governance, Clinical Leads may be asked from time to time to work a shift taking program calls to maintain familiarity with the requirements and current issues.
This will be a permanent position, with hours Monday-Friday between 8am-10pm. You will have a set weekly roster with some flexibility within these hours to suit your lifestyle. There may be scope for extended hours in the future though this would be negotiated if the need arises.
This is a work from home role and can be based anywhere in Australia.
