The community team works closely with the John Denmark Unit inpatient service and the post holder will be expected to work alongside the MDT in planning and supporting both admission and discharge pathways.
Experience of working within a deaf mental health residential setting would be desirable and this post is also open to deaf staff with the appropriate qualifications required for the post.
The Service offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development via appraisal, personal development plans and training.
