Your role will be delivering quality support that enables people to achieve their outcomes by using and developing person‑centred support plans. You will be able to manage risks and vulnerabilities whilst promoting social inclusion and maximising the opportunities for the people you support.
At Venture People we encourage all of our Mental Health Support Workers to engage in continuous professional development. Many of our leaders have grown internally and the expansion of our services means continued opportunities for growth and career development. Our staff are supported by an engaged operational management team with a wealth of experience to offer.
Every package of recovery and care that we provide is developed with the input of clinical support, lead practitioners and family where appropriate, all of whom you will interact with. Most importantly for us is the involvement and engagement of an individual in their own recovery journey, which we will work with them to achieve.
It would be desirable for you to have had experience supporting a person(s) with a mental health condition and within a community‑based service.
