Junior Account Manager – Leading Drinks Wholesaler - South East

Up to £30,000 plus package and commission

They are currently seeking a Junior Account Manager to manage their On Trade clients. The Junior Account Manager will play a key role in building new business and nurturing existing relationships for the brand. The role is based in Kent and involves on-site work 4-5 days per week, focusing on developing skills, building relationships, and progressing towards a Business Development Manager position.

The ideal candidate does not need FMCG experience but should have a passion and drive to learn, develop, and grow within the drinks sector.

Your responsibilities as Junior Account Manager will include:

• Developing new business and maintaining existing accounts
• Building long-term trading relationships with key volume and image accounts
• Collaborating with the On Trade Sector to promote the portfolio and signature products
• Providing brand education and training to suppliers, retailers, and consumers
• Selecting and developing customers qualitatively
• Identifying sponsorship and promotional opportunities
• Providing feedback on customer opportunities and competitor threats

Qualifications and qualities we are looking for:

• Experience in hospitality or branded products, with a passion for the drinks industry
• Driven by financial KPIs and success, with a strong work ethic and a desire to progress
• Personable, eager to develop, and aiming to become a top performer
• Results-focused with good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to travel and work evenings and weekends as required
