Job summary
A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a clinical role responsible for assessments, managing patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure service efficiency. You will undertake assessments and administrative duties, supervise clinical activity, and develop skills for meeting service user needs. Responsibilities
- Undertake clinical assessment and formulate management plans.
- Record clinical activity accurately and submit it promptly.
- Participate in supervision with team consultant.
- To undertake clinical assessment, formulate risks and management plans, completing prescriptions under supervision of Team consultant.
- To undertake the administrative duties associated with the care of patients.
- To record clinical activity accurately and comprehensively, and submit this promptly to the Information Department.
- To participate in regular supervision with team consultant to ensure skills and competencies relevant to the roles and responsibilities are developed in order to meet the needs of the service users.
- To work with multi-disciplinary professional colleagues and local managers in ensuring the efficient running of services and share clinical responsibilities according to competency level with other medical colleagues in the team.
