Job summary
A dynamic engineering firm is seeking a meticulous Medical Device Field Service Engineer to cover the South of the UK, including London and occasionally the North. The successful candidate will provide maintenance, service, and customer training for sophisticated medical equipment. Must possess a strong engineering background, fault-finding expertise, and a full clean UK/EU driving license. - Experience in a field-based service and maintenance role.
- Previous experience supporting medical devices is desirable.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Organise and attend site visits.
- Fault finding and repair of company equipment.
- Survey and install company systems.
- Provide product training for customers and distributors.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of products.
- Respond to customer calls/emails.
