A leading medical device company in the UK is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to provide in-depth clinical product support and assist during surgical procedures. This role involves hands-on training with advanced medical technologies, a focus on building relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring successful surgical outcomes. In this technical and clinical role, you will gains hands-on training and experience on the use of Stryker’s Upper Extremity portfolio including: Blueprint planning software, Tornier shoulder solutions (e.g. Perform Humeral, Perform Reverse and Flex), and Latitude EV elbow, to ensure successful surgical outcomes.
You will provide clinical product support to all end users and on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. Resolves technical product and service issues as needed. Provides training, ongoing in-services, and customer education to assigned accounts.
