At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit an Equipment Technical Trainer for our technical training centre in UK. You will be part of a small dynamic international product training and development team, and report to Global Equipment Training Manager. This position is in the Crawley UK and all candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
As an Equipment Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technical equipment training (Installation, Servicing & Repair) using a variety of learning methodologies. You are confident using blended learning techniques and skilled at adapting your delivery to suit different audiences. With excellent communication and facilitation skills, you’ll collaborate across departments and cultures to ensure a world-class training experience for our Field Service Engineers and distributors.
You bring a process-oriented, methodical approach to your work, with a high attention to detail—yet you’re also adaptable, creative, and able to think on your feet to overcome challenges. You thrive in a dynamic international environment and are committed to continuous improvement.
This role is primarily based on‑site in Crawley, with some international travel required.
