This role is an exciting opportunity to support HaysMac’s go-to-market strategy through driving the firm’s social media presence and playing a pivotal role in achieving the ambitious firmwide growth strategy.
The Social Media Manager will use the very best in creativity and logic to produce social strategies that will bolster the firm’s outputs. The digital landscape will be your playground but specifically social media platforms.
Developing a strategy to raise the firm’s profile, you will also be responsible for developing and executing paid social campaigns that drive sales, build brand awareness, and engage audiences. You will optimise performance marketing activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness through testing, audience targeting, and creative format innovations. Collaborating closely with the wider Marketing and BD team, you will integrate paid social strategies with organic initiatives and provide insightful reporting to key stakeholders.
