A financial services firm in London seeks a Head of Lifecycle Marketing to lead strategies aimed at activating and retaining customers. This role requires over 10 years of experience in CRM and customer growth, along with a creativity-focused approach to lifecycle marketing. The salary ranges from £85,000 to £95,000 with additional benefits.
We’re looking for a Head of Lifecycle Marketing to define, lead and deliver the strategies that activate and retain our fast-growing customer base.
You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and own the vision for how we use lifecycle marketing to drive growth and revenue. That means setting the strategy, inspiring the team and applying data in creative ways to bring customer journeys to life.
This is a role for someone who understands the art and science of lifecycle marketing, and can move fast to turn ideas into results.
You’ll likely come from a background in investment platforms, gaming or financial services - industries where using detailed data to engage, retain and monetise customers is second nature

In return for your contribution, we offer a base salary of £85,000 - £95,000 DOE + benefits.
