A leading hospitality provider is looking for a Marketing & Engagement Manager in Greater London. The role involves developing diverse marketing strategies, leading campaigns, and managing events to enhance the customer experience. We’re seeking a Marketing & Engagement Manager to deliver standout engagement and marketing activity that elevates the customer experience and drives operational and commercial success.
In this role, you will shape and deliver a diverse marketing strategy that supports a large, multi‑site hospitality operation. You’ll lead the development of campaigns, digital initiatives, and engagement programmes that bring food stories to life, enhance on‑site experiences, and support continued innovation. You’ll work closely with operational teams, culinary leads, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure that every activation, from menu launches to themed events, lands with impact.
