We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring sharp insight, commercial focus and a passion for making a difference. In this role, you’ll help us connect innovation with the needs of healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring our continence care portfolio continues to lead the market and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Hybrid working - with an expectation of around three days a week in our Peterborough office – discussed at application stage.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy for our most extensive and valuable product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Continence Care, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the UK continence care market, analysing performance and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll design and deliver multi‑channel campaigns that align with our strategic brand plan, while working closely with sales teams, clinical colleagues and global partners to ensure impact and alignment. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to present confidently to stakeholders, lead cross‑functional projects and represent Coloplast at national and regional events.

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a marketing professional with a minimum of 5‑7 years of post‑graduate experience, ideally with a clear track record of progression and increasing responsibility. You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, the ability to interpret market dynamics and customer insights, and proven experience working closely with sales teams to deliver campaigns that drive results. Confidence in presenting and constructively engaging with stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to contribute meaningfully to strategic discussions.

Experience in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare is preferred, particularly with an understanding of the NHS ecosystem, but we also welcome candidates from other regulated industries such as banking, financial services, fintech, or FMCG – provided you can demonstrate how you’ve thrived in compliance‑driven environments.
