An international conservation charity based in London seeks a Membership Marketing Manager to lead their membership growth and engagement strategies. This 12-month fixed-term role emphasizes the development of data-driven marketing strategies to enhance member acquisition and retention. Salary: £47,250 per annum

The Membership Marketing Manager leads the growth and engagement of the organisation’s membership base, developing and delivering strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and long‑term value. Working collaboratively across teams, the role ensures seamless, insight‑led journeys that convert visitors into loyal members and supporters, underpinned by effective CRM communications and data‑driven campaign delivery to maximise income and lifetime value.
This is a 12-month maternity cover role with the emphasis on the membership management elements. The position offers hybrid working, with at least one day per week spent in the office to connect with the team (Tuesdays).
