Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Location

This role can be fully remote (within 3 hours of UK time) although we have a small team in London who meet up multiple times per week if you're looking for a more in‑office culture and are UK based.

Who We Are

Stasher frees you to make the most of your time by connecting you with local shops and hotels who can store your bags no matter where you are. We operate in over 1,000 towns and cities worldwide, from Sydney to London to Rio to New York.

Why we’re hiring this role

Search has always been core to how we’ve found new users and as we’ve grown so has the budget we’ve put behind PPC. We’re a critical point in our growth journey serving thousands of travellers everyday, growing +100% YoY and spending six‑figure budgets on Ads each month. Currently our Growth Director overseas spends decisions and is supported by agency on the execution and strategy. We are looking for someone to come in and take the lead on performance marketing, heavily PPC focussed initially but with plenty of appetite for diversifying our channel mix.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll be the performance engine of Stasher’s marketing, owning one of our biggest growth levers and helping us find the next ones. You’ll lead on strategy, optimisation, and analytics across paid channels. You’ll also ensure our data foundations are solid from event tracking to attribution, so campaigns always optimise to the right signals. We’re looking for someone who’s led PPC at a rapidly growing consumer business who wants to do both the strategy and execution associated with multiple £100k monthly ad budget. We’d love it if you had some experience in scaling Apps, conversion rate optimisation and other performance channels.

What you’ll do
  • Own core paid channels: Google Ads (Search, Maps extensions, App Campaigns) – grow revenue from PPC and reduce CAC.
  • Expand & validate new channels: Test and scale Meta, Reddit, and other high‑intent or retargeting platforms.
  • App growth: Run Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, and re‑engagement campaigns for installs and bookings.
  • Conversion optimisation: Coordinate CRO experiments on landing pages, copy, and localisation to lift conversion across markets.
  • Attribution & marketing science: Own Stasher’s marketing attribution framework, from channel tagging to incremental testing. Translate results from tests and marketing mix models to identify under/over‑valued channels to guide spend allocation and growth opportunities.
  • Data & tracking ownership: Configure and QA conversion events across GA4, Ads, and Firebase (you’ll be supported by our engineering and data teams). Maintain clean campaign‑level data and ensure optimisation events reflect true business value.
  • Analytics & testing: Write your own SQL and build dashboards to analyse campaign performance directly. You’ll also design, run, and interpret A/B and incrementality tests.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, Growth, Creative, and Product to make Stasher discoverable and irresistible everywhere travellers search.
The experience and skills you’ll bring to the role
  • Roughly 5+ years hands‑on performance‑marketing experience, with multiple years leading accounts with multi‑national/lang coverage
  • Proven success scaling acquisition and managing six‑figure monthly ad budgets, ideally at a high growth consumer business.
  • Expert in Google Ads and comfortable testing across Meta, Reddit, and emerging channels.
  • Strong technical depth: confident setting up tags, events, and pixels; understands attribution logic end‑to‑end.
  • Experience running or contributing to marketing mix modelling and applying outputs to real budget decisions.
  • Analytically exceptional: writes SQL, self‑serve analysis, runs and interprets A/B tests.
  • Curious, experimental, and execution‑oriented. You enjoy being in the weeds of an account or debugging a tracking issue.
Why join Stasher
  • Real autonomy: You’ll shape our paid strategy, our data layer, and how we scale performance globally.
  • Stock Options: Share in the success that we build together.
  • Holidays: 25 days of holiday + bank holidays, plus 1 extra day of holiday per year with Stasher.
  • Flexible Working: fully remote (Europe preferred), flexible working hours (just try and overlap for roughly 10‑4 pm UK time).
  • Learning & Equipment Budget: We support your growth and ensure you have the tools you need to excel.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a diverse, international team that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
