About the Role:

As a Management Trainee, you will:

• Engage directly with customers in a face-to-face setting, delivering outstanding service and representing clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Develop practical experience in sales techniques, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
• Take ownership of client accounts and help drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Learn to lead by example, gradually taking on team leadership responsibilities, training new starters, and coaching colleagues to reach performance targets.
• Participate in the design and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, while learning how these strategies connect to broader operational goals.
• Build a strong foundation in business operations, including process management, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
• Contribute to client expansion projects that may involve domestic and international travel opportunities.
• Gain exposure to market research, competitor analysis, and campaign optimisation.
