JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Senior Product Manager with strong commercial, analytical, and strategic skills to drive product portfolio performance within the window and door solutions market.

As a Senior Product Manager you will lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and innovation for current and future ranges, including fire-rated products and system accessories.

The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to optimise pricing, manage stock, ensure compliance, and identify new market opportunities for growth and profitability.

DUTIES
  • Develop Product Strategy: Create and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee product introductions, updates, and end-of-life transitions
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyse trends, competitors, and customer needs, to guide product direction
  • Lead New Product Launches: Manage go-to-market plans, pricing, and promotional support
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain awareness of legislative and fire-rated product requirements
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Support sales teams and work closely with technical and marketing functions
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Analyse performance data and recommend actions for improvement
  • Optimise Stock Management: Ensure product availability and effective inventory control
  • Prepare Business Plans: Present data-driven recommendations to senior management
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in product management within the construction, building materials, or fenestration sector
  • Knowledge of fire-rated windows and doors, including relevant regulations and standards
  • Excellent commercial awareness with a structured, analytical approach to decision-making
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the UK and occasionally abroad
  • Degree or HND qualification (or equivalent professional experience) in a relevant discipline
