A sports-focused startup in London is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead their growth initiatives through paid social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable user growth, collaborating closely with content and product teams. The position requires 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a consumer-facing app or fast-growth startup. This is a full-time role based in Soho, London, with in-person collaboration expected at least 3 days a week.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take Fanalysis to the next level, scaling through our paid social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable user growth through performance-driven campaigns using a mix of organic hooks and made-for-paid creative, rapid testing, and sharp optimisation across channels.
You’ll work closely with our content, creative, and product teams to identify what’s working, kill what’s not, and double down where we’re seeing results. Whether briefing new concepts, managing ad budgets, or crunching performance metrics, you’ll be central to how Fanalysis finds, converts, and retains fans. We’re looking for someone experienced, entrepreneurial, and excited to get stuck in.
This is a full-time role based in London. Our office is in Soho and we believe in the value of in-person collaboration, so ideally you’d be with us in the office at least 3 days a week.
