- Support the development and implementation of new production lines and facilities
- Analyse manufacturing methods, materials and equipment to identify cost‑effective solutions
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce downtime, defects and costs
- Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to equipment, processes and materials
- Maintain and modify existing equipment to enhance performance and reliability
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process specifications and standards
- Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
- 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role
- Strong knowledge of machining, assembly and welding processes
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
