As an F1 Manufacturing Support Engineer, you will serve as the primary liaison for machine providers, handling breakdowns, servicing, scheduling, on-site spares, warranties and service agreements, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient machine management, as well as machine LEV management and infrastructure-based projects.

Key accountabilities
  • Conduct risk and COSHH assessments within the machine shop, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Manage coolants and fluids, acting as the primary contact for our service providers and overseeing the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and waste disposal to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Assist with the movement of machines, raise CAPEX requests for new equipment and identify and mitigate single points of failure through scenario planning
  • Work closely on continuous improvement plans for the manufacturing facilities
  • Define and monitor the capability of the manufacturing facilities
  • Work on defining and managing TPM for each machine
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Experience in manufacturing or support engineering role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with external suppliers and internal teams
  • Knowledge of machine servicing and breakdown management
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in materials management and logistics
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

At Red Bull Powertrains, we push the limits, fight for every victory, and get things done with relentless focus. Joining us means being part of a high-performance team that thrives on collaboration, trust, and ambition. We celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and take our work seriously—but not ourselves. Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy:

Benefits
  • Bonuses
  • Private healthcare
  • A pension scheme
  • On-site gym
  • Free daily food allowance
  • And many more!
