Job summary
A multi-national construction and infrastructure company is seeking a Commercial Manager in Willenhall to oversee and manage cost and contract aspects of major projects. Responsibilities include contract administration, managing a team, and producing project-wide financial reports. Candidates should have commercial management experience and a formal qualification, such as RICS. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential. The role requires eligibility to live and work in the UK.
Qualifications
- Experience of commercial management.
- Experience of major (£100m+) projects, managing design packages.
- Experience managing or supervising a team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement and contract award for subcontractors.
- Administer contractual terms for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage the change management process.
- Produce monthly project-wide cost/expenditure reports.
- Manage potential contractor and supplier claims.
