A leading automotive parts provider is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team focused on achieving sales targets while maintaining customer relationships. This hybrid remote position is based in Aberdeen and includes management of the parts sales team, monitoring performance against KPIs, and ensuring compliance with business standards. Candidates should have a proven track record in sales management, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
TPS Sales Manager - Hybrid remote working. This role offers a hybrid work structure where you can work remotely or from our Aberdeen or Dundee Centre on task requirements or personal work preferences. Working from the office is encouraged for tasks requiring a high degree of collaboration. You'll enjoy a hybrid schedule with visits to your centre twice a month and remote work the rest of the month. Internal meetings are intentionally scheduled on these days to support collaboration. TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with the high-quality Genuine Parts and products which customers need to ensure they can service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. What will you be doing?
As Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, the TPS Sales Manager is responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
