Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of RC frame and procurement strategies.
• Experience managing, developing or mentoring QS teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading the commercial function on a major multi-phase development.
• Overseeing procurement, tendering, contract negotiation and commercial reporting.
• Managing cost control, risk, variations and final accounts.
