- Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely procurement of materials and supplies.

- Proven experience as a Production Manager in a CNC manufacturing and assembly environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze production data and implement effective strategies for improvement.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
