Job summary

A well-established specialist manufacturing company in central Birmingham is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contracts from conception to completion. You will be the main point of contact for project stakeholders, manage design queries, and coordinate project schedules. The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, knowledge of joinery or architectural metalwork, and strong communication skills. • Prepare and negotiate final accounts.
