Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within manufacturing.
• Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience.
• Fully qualified ISO 9001:2015 auditor.
• Strong background in quality systems, audits, and compliance.
• Confident communicator with experience working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and development of the site Quality Management System.
• Maintain ISO 9001 certification and lead internal and external audits.
• Manage, coach, and develop the QC team.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, KPIs, and CI tools.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers on quality matters.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and reporting.
