A well-established specialist manufacturing company in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contracts from conception to completion. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of joinery or architectural metalwork. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Contracts Manager role or strong relevant experience.
• Knowledge of joinery and/or architectural metalwork.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the company, architects, and main contractors.
• Manage design queries through meetings, RFIs, and regular communication.
• Review and understand project programmes to align manufacturing and installation schedules.
• Prepare RAMS and method statements.
• Produce monthly applications for payment.
• Compile and issue O&M manuals.
