A leading marketing recruitment agency is seeking a Head of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals in the dynamic FMCG industry. This role requires significant experience managing multidisciplinary teams across the UK and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand, campaign, and content marketing. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Expert who can take this Head of Marketing role and make a discernible difference to the team and to our client’s next phase of their brand marketing and campaign development.
This is a high impact role for a high impact person.
You will have solid experience in the FMCG sector and be capable of bringing your expertise to not just the UK marketplace but both the European and International markets too.
You will lead a broad and capable in-house marketing function, responsible for brand, campaigns, content, trade and channel marketing across both B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll also manage team members across multiple locations, including remote reports, so experience with leading dispersed teams is essential.
Please note the company has a strong Ecommerce Manager and Team so much of the day to day digital marketing comes under their remit.
