Head of Marketing Manchester City Centre £55,000 DOE B2B SaaS

Looking to step into a senior marketing role where you can truly own the function, shape strategy, and build a scalable demand engine? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing B2B SaaS business at a pivotal stage of its journey, with real influence over growth across the UK and international markets.

The Business

This is a high growth B2B SaaS company delivering an end-to-end cloud platform to specialist retail sectors. With a strong UK footprint and increasing traction in the US and other international markets, the business has recently secured investment and is now focused on building a commercially accountable, high performance marketing function. You'll be joining at the perfect time to make your mark.

The Role

As Head of Marketing, you'll take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution, building a predictable demand and pipeline engine that supports revenue growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role, suited to an ambitious Senior Marketer ready to step up or an existing Head of Marketing looking for more ownership. You'll work closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success, while leading and developing a small but growing marketing team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Owning demand generation and pipeline contribution across UK and international markets
  • Leading acquisition across paid, organic, partner and industry channels
  • Developing clear SaaS positioning, messaging and go to market campaigns
  • Improving CRM, automation, reporting and attribution
  • Working closely with Sales to align on pipeline, MQLs and revenue targets
  • Supporting Product launches and Customer Success lifecycle activity
  • Coaching and developing the marketing team as the function scales
About You
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Proven contribution to pipeline and revenue growth
  • Hands on experience across performance marketing and digital channels
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
  • Confident working cross‑functionally with Sales and Product
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least one team member
  • Commercially minded with a solid understanding of metrics like CAC, LTV and pipeline
