We're seeking a seasoned share plans professional to join our dedicated team at Reckitt. Operating a diverse portfolio of discretionary and all-employee share plan programmes across more than 60 countries, we play a pivotal role in delivering long-term incentives globally.
In this established role, you’ll help oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our share plans, ensuring they remain effective, compliant, and engaging for our people.
