Project Manager – Maternity Leave Cover

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite. Duration: 12 months maternity leave cover. Contract: Fixed term.

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire. Hybrid home working.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE + Profit Share and Benefits. Hours: 37.5 per week. Contract: Full time, Permanent role.

Position Summary: Under general direction, responsible for the leadership and directing of complex projects, which often require resources and functional integration. Network Engineers are responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of customer network infrastructure.

Contracts Manager – West Region

Region: West England – Bristol to Southampton.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + car allowance, bonus, package. Direct Reports: Approx. 10 team members.

Role: Recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee operations across our client's western region, covering areas from Bristol to Southampton. This role is pivotal in managing delivery for their social housing/planned maintenance contracts. Covering the m3 corridor, this role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong leadership and organizational skills to make an impact.

Qualifications: Highly organised and strategic individual, previously managed high‑volume, multi‑site operations, effective team leader and client‑relationship skills, background in social housing or property maintenance essential.
