A leading engineering recruitment firm in Greater London seeks a Sales Manager – Data Centre to drive growth across high-value technical products. You will engage with senior decision-makers in industries such as financial services and healthcare, developing new accounts and nurturing relationships. The role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 – £70,000, plus OTE and comprehensive benefits in a high-performing organization.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Sales Manager – Data Centre to drive growth across a comprehensive portfolio of white space and grey space infrastructure solutions. This full-time, permanent role involves selling high-value technical products including racks, cabinets, containment systems, cooling, in-rack power, structured cabling, transformers, switchgear, busbars, UPS and STS systems, and cable pathways.
You will spend around three days per week in and around London, engaging directly with senior decision-makers across financial services, healthcare, medical institutions, and universities. Using a top-down approach, you’ll meet Procurement leaders, Operations Managers, and Data Centre Managers to uncover opportunities, build trust, and progress accounts.
The key focus for the Sales Manager – Data Centre is to develop a pipeline of at least ten strong new accounts, nurturing them into long-term key relationships. You’ll manage your own diary, combining face-to-face and virtual meetings, and take full accountability for driving activity, relationship development, and overall commercial success.
