Job summary
A dynamic recruitment agency is seeking an Events Executive for a remote, fixed-term contract of up to 12 months. The successful candidate will manage a variety of events, from webinars to in-person gatherings, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. With a salary of £32,000 per annum, the role demands a confident and well-organized individual excited about working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver webinars and in-person events.
- Manage communications and marketing for events.
- Handle membership admin applications and inquiries.
- Organize logistics for venues, speakers, and delegates.
- Maintain the event management CRM database.
- Manage event data, including client inquiries.
- Coordinate databases of speakers and venues.
- Attend and coordinate regular in-person events.
Events Executive - Remote - Fixed Term Contract up to 12 months circa £32000
- Planning, coordinating and delivering webinars and in-person events
- Comms and marketing of events to membership, on website and social media
- Membership admin Applications and enquires (staying on top of the info@ inbox)
- Comms and logistics of venue (inc catering), speaker (inc presentations) and delegates
- CRM: Maintaining management of database
- Event data: management, inc client enquires
- Databases management: of speakers, venues, other resources
- Attending to coordinate regular in-person events, dinners, roundtables and workshops
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is excited to work across a variety of events and projects. A confident, well organised individual with a confident and can do attitude would be perfect for this role.
The salary on offer is £32000 per annum for this fixed term contract going up to 12 months
